Thanks for visiting the Lean6SigmaPM website – I’m Dann Gustavson. I’ve worked in Silicon Valley and South Bay high-tech manufacturing and product development companies as Director and Senior Manager of Operations and Engineering functions.

I have built and led teams in problem-solving, breakthrough, continuous improvement, and revitalization programs in Product Engineering and Manufacturing Operations.

While delivering on more than 40 projects and programs, I learned firsthand the importance of strengthening the business acumen and leadership skills of team members. Over my career, it’s been gratifying to help as technicians, engineers, and program managers develop into highly respected managers, directors and senior leaders.

Now, my professional focus is “feeding forward” via team-based education and coaching to expand the capabilities of PMs and team members to Next Level Leadership while they deliver exceptional program outcomes to their businesses.
